Mission
To facilitate change initiatives that promote meaningful change and make a positive impact on individuals, groups, work processes, organizations, and society.
What is Meaningful change?
Organizations are no longer given the luxury to remain static. Instead, they are finding it more and more necessary to implement change initiatives on a continuous basis to remain strategically competitive in today's workforce. Meaningful change is planned, systemic change that is tailored to your organizational needs. Solutions to areas of improvement are not one-size-fits-all. Instead, these interventions are developed in alignment with your culture, business expectations, and outcomes. Not only does meaningful change increase organizational performance and effectiveness, but it promotes positive impact for individuals, groups, work processes, and society.
Why is meaningful change important?
Meaningful change is important because so many change initiatives fail. Interventions are developed based on one-size-fits all solutions and/or with little to no analyzes and understanding of the root of the problems that are occurring. Meaningful change addresses these issues.
What is the process for conducting meaningful change?
The change process is a five phase process: Entering/contracting; Diagnosing; Planning and implementing change; Evaluating and institutionalizing the change. Interventions are designed and developed based on an extensive and thorough diagnosis of the problem.
